Booking Policy
- Deposits Upon Booking: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. A deposit of $25 is required for styles under $250, and $50 for styles over $250.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but will be applied towards your final payment to make your experience hassle-free.
- Rescheduling Policy: Life happens, and we understand! If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads-up at least 72 hours in advance. You’re allowed one reschedule at no extra charge.
- Cancellation Courtesy: Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will incur a half-price charge. We appreciate your understanding of our time and commitment to serving all our clients.
- No Call, No Show: We’re here and ready to make your hair dreams come true! However, if you miss your appointment without letting us know, it may result in a temporary ban.
- Late Arrivals: We value your time and ours! If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call. We may need to reschedule to ensure you receive the quality service you deserve.
- Habitual Rescheduling: We’re flexible, but if rescheduling becomes a habit, we may kindly ask for full payment upfront for future appointments.
- Hair Length and Preparation: To ensure the best results, we recommend that your hair is at least 4 inches long and washed and fully blown out before your appointment. Please avoid using oily products or freshly trimmed ends to ensure optimal styling.
- Hair Provided: Don’t worry about bringing your hair— we’ve got you covered! We provide hair for all styles, ensuring consistency and quality in our services.
